I've just spent the last four or five hours going over my 5 newest shots. I went out yesterday and took 220+ shots and have spent the afternoon narrowing them down to the selection you see in the gallery. I had to cut so many shots that I liked, or at elast wanted to like but weren't quite right. It's really hard to have to edit your own stuff since I liked most of my shots and could see hwo so many of them were almost right. Almost. But at least cutting out what didn't work has given me ideas for when I next go out ad what to shoot then. Actually tell a lie, the Stainless Steel shot is from the day before, ah well, I don't think anyone will hold it against me.

All the shots form yesterday that made it in to the gallery were paint based. Hmm. I did try to take some architecture shots, with Mr. Venom in mind and some shots of some seagulls interacting with each other and a mob of pigeons.

Reading a friend's journal entry gave me the idea of being a "Photo-terrorist", some sort of Banksy-esque photographer who strikes out at the injustice and super-capitalism he sees around him. Unfortunately I don't think I'm political enough for that so I'll have to put that on the back burner for now.
